개발 툴들은 관리자 권한으로 해주기 C:\Windows\system32>

conda install pandas == numpy matplotlib seaborn

=> == 를 안 적으면 pandas-dev 해당 버전에 알아서 연결 시킨다.

그래서 conda install pandas numpy matplotlib seaborn 이렇게 진행하겠다

 

이렇게 리스트가 변경됨.

인터프리터 경로 설정

'Python 3.8.13 ('pandas-dev')'(으)로 셀을 실행하려면 ipykernel 패키지가 필요합니다. 에러 뜰 때
new terminal해서 
터미널에서 conda install -n pandas-dev ipykernel --update-deps --force-reinstall 명령어 입력해주기
그리고 

# 02-01 데이터 불러오기
# read_csv() pandas module function : csv 파일 읽기 => dataframe return
# gapminder.csv

# import pandas
# pandas.read_csv()

import pandas as pd
# pd.read_csv()?
pd.read_csv?
